Returns Policy

Purchases made through a utemart.com store should be returned to the store of purchase for assessment.
All online purchases must be returned to utemart.com, Unit 2 / 73 West Burleigh Road,
Burleigh Heads 4220.Please liase with utemart.com by phone 07 55203804 during office hours before return.
The cost of returning an item to utemart.com is the sole responsibilty of the customer. For online purchases utemart.com will pay for return freight if the product is assessed as having a major fault or the item supplied was not as described or ordered.
Notification must be made for return within 14 days of receiving delivery.

Utemart.com would like to remind you of the benefits given by our Return Policy are in addition to other rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Information required to complete return.
-Purchase receipt
-Product in the same condition as it was purchased.
-Provide name,address,telephone number.
-All returns granted will be credited the same way payment was made.eg original credit card,paypal,cash,eft.

Exclusions for Returns

In some cases a refund,replacement or repair may not be offered to you,
for the following reasons.
-If you substancially modify the product.
-If you misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.
-Simply change your mind.
-Order incorrectly online.
-Custom orders
In some cases a 10% re-stocking fee will incur.
